Why Strategies Fail |
There is no sure way of guaranteeing the success of a given strategy. As we saw earlier strategy is all about getting from a to b. In order to do so you need to know where you are now, where you want to go and what route suits you best. Let's assume you've been able to determine where you want to go, you've go a god understanding of the state and capabilities of your organizations and you have als mapped out a "ROADMAP 2 SUCCESS". What can go wrong? You've got all bases covered. A lot can go wrong. Here's list of potential show stoppers. Avoiding them does not guarantee success but not avoiding them will more than likely guarantee failure.
