The plural of anecdote is not data, and the plural of opinion is not facts.

As a project manager, it is important to realize that the simple fact that the majority of people at a meeting agree on something does not make it true! In other words, don't be afraid to challenge the majority opinion and let the majority explain the basis for their opinion, preferably based on evidence.
